I forgot 2 things, how silly of me!!!
The first is void, which is literally glitch but dark.
The second is a candle item which is a lighter but with lower durability. I have noticed that when screech appears the candle snuffs itself, so it indicates that screech is stalking you. However i have no idea whether other light items do this as well!

1:57 Another thing. If in a room with 3 doors there's a chance 2 of them have the same number. Those are fake doors
Edit: They tecnicaly also added 2 new things. 1st glitch (the one that appears once you are far behind your group) Is now been turned in to a new entity called void. Glitch still appears but only when a room doesnt load. Another thing that was added Is that now you can find candles and they work basically like lighters but worse
