In terms of durability, the only section that seems to have major problems is the section that CHEC actually got involved with at one point (Pamphret). The section prior to and after Pamphret that the local subcontractors worked on by themselves seems perfectly fine for the most part.
Klarity I Agree With You A Million Percent when It Comes To The Quality Of The Road. Some parts Of The Road I Must Say Is Really Good, But A lot Of The Work from My Observation Is Poorly Done. There's Nothing Ungrateful About Speaking On The Quality Of The Roads. They are Not Doing The People Of St Thomas A Favor by Building Roads, It's our Right As Residents.
Klarity flex you should do a interview with the mayor and ask he when he is going to clean up the gravel off the road and cut the bushes off the road and clean the drains and make st thomas look good
And look at it too they come to St. Thomas for everything St Thomas of all the material is the only parish that they do work that they didn’t have to bring any material too. St Thomas have everything they come to Saint Thomas and they take everything to other part of the country to do work, but at the same time, St. Thomas get the worst road when Saint Thomas have all the material
Too many areas do not have enough kerbside drainage, and will get chopped up especially when heaven duty vehicle drive through those large settled puddles . Apart from that the work and correction doing good .
Why are you making those ungrateful comments? Be honest what ever damages take place are being fix. Its work in progress, remember where we are coming. Before this road you could not be driving like this .we need to change our mentality as a people. My brother better is coming, and that road is a testament to it.
The root cause of all this is the lack of supervision by the NWA and Stanley consultant. During this road construction, did you ever see them doing any check or quality inspection. So, the local contractors did whatever they wanted. This is the end result.
Stanley Consultant has nothing to do with that section of the road ⁉️ National Work Agency NWA and CHEC.🤔 Stanley Consultant is from Port Antonio to Morant Bay and Albion, an eleven mile area to Harbour View.Phase 1 Mandeville to Negril Phase 2 😊
According to the NWA, CHEC was getting paid a mark-up to supervise the local subcontractors. The contract was between CHEC and the local subcontractors. In hindsight, that may not have been the right approach.
The road need cleaning the gravel on the road at every turn what is the mayor doing he should be cleaning it up it came from his crusher and the drains need clean out too
I really don't understand why they are complaining so much. The vast majority of the road is in good condition. The contractors are working on the bad areas. It is very strange. I am just waiting patiently for CHEC to get to Reach Falls so I can visit the attraction for the first time.
I have to be complaining because I am not like you who see the wrong and feel good about it. The road never do Good and that's the problem. Just amit it and shut up
If that's a newly laid road, why there's so much water on the road and in the so-called water tables? I didn't hear you make mention of the problems. Are you a tour guide or a video blogger?
Khlarity why when pnp not fixing the roads for all these years there wasn’t any protest and complaints All of a sudden unno getting roads pure problems and complaints unno ungrateful if I was the prime minister me tek up back every asphalt and marl

Build Rite's section looks like it held up pretty good so far. I don't see any major damage.

@@LeroyDunningcamp-de8rf but who vetted these local contractors for they know nothing about road
@mikejohnson3601 Who vetted CHEC to see if they are able to supervise subcontractors? CHEC is not perfect. Not every local subcontractor is bad.
@waynemcfarlane1233 Stanley is the consultant for the entire section from Harbour view to Port antonio.

Used to be one of my favorite....but the complaining is unbearable.....look at what was ..this is rain beyond the norm

The contractors are no good
