Many problems with this project. I know Andrew was pretty stoked about the bare steel roof and painted steel inside. But many problems could have be solved by putting a 10" roof on top of the super structure just like they do with moden log cabins. 10" of rock wool insulation gives about a R60 rating and its fire proof. Then he could have kept the original interior.
Cap the exterior roof with the same material on the garage.

If I were Andrew, I'd paint that metal roof bright white to reflect the sun as much as possible to help keep the inside the house cool. I live in a mobile home that has a metal roof and sides and it sits out in the full sun all day. I put a white metal roof on over the existing galvanized metal roof that the trailer had originally, and it cut back on my electric bill by about 25% in the summer when having to cool the house. I guess the next best thing would be to put mirrors on the roof to reflect the sun and keep it cool. If there was a way I could make that work, I'd definitely try it because this little metal crackerbox gets hot in the summer.

Not sure what the depth is on the studs and if there is a space between the stud and the outter skin of the container. If there was areas that were missed then someone should have made the contractor come back and address the bad spots.

Nobody probably wants to hear about it but, the woman doing the drywall or cement board taping is putting herself in a highly risky situation because of her choice of footwear. I’ve seen it happen where someone was doing some work & had dropped screws, nails or small scraps of sheet metal on the floor they were working over. That wasn’t a problem until the person who was wearing thong type footwear got off of the ladder they were using & then walking on the floor the sharp metal was immediately picked up & penetrated the the soft soles of the thongs they were wearing. Needless to say that person unfortunately learned the hard way about smart choices of footwear when doing any kind of construction related work. Yes I know it doesn’t sound like it’s something to worry about or think about but, all it takes is 1 misstep & someone has to be transported to an urgent care center or hospital emergency room. Obviously there are reasons why safety footwear is to be worn while doing any kind of construction work. This is a true story: when my sister was a teenager she was outside at a friends house playing volleyball & stepped on a nail that was in some grass (And yes she was wearing thongs unfortunately. She was taken to a hospital & as a precaution she was given a Tetanus shot. Absolutely no one had any idea that there was a nail in the grass & there could’ve been more nails. I’m not suggesting that my sister should’ve been wearing safety shoes but, it definitely shows there’s a possibility of something being someplace where it absolutely should not have been. Everyone should always be thinking about their own personal safety.

Man, the voids between the edges and the foam are unacceptable. It's even more unbelievable since the foam expands after spraying, so it should be doubly easy to ensure that it forms up against it properly. I guess they tried to cheap out on volume to save cost or something silly like that. It would be so much easier to cut off excess than to fill all the voids by hand as you had to do. Horrible.
