@FirstStateFishing, brother, if you want a tank smallie, go to the river. Use a 7-inch leader line with a size 6 baitholder hook. 20lb main line. Tie 7 inch leader with size 6 baitholder to main line. Then put a split shot 1/4 inch above where 7 inch leader with size 6 baitholder with size 6 baitholder tied to main line. Then you use a 4 inch soft plastic hellgamite with trophy bass you'll catch tank smallies. It's what I use and catch big smallies 😊 make sure their floating hellgamite I'm telling you it works. Do not forget procure trophy bass you go to the river you will catch a tank trust that.

Your Fall Fish is very similar to our Chub over in UK….except ours max out at 6lb and fight like hell. You should come over and have a go with Carl (fishing with Carl) or Chris (The Ginger Fisherman) both smashing it on RUclips. 🎣🎣🎣

I wish the Philippines has a store like this and we actually dig our own worm bait which makes it fun. Plus freshwater fishing here seems like a disadvantage we can only catch up to 4 species tilapia, catfish, snakehead, and perch. actually, that's not the issue the issue is my fellow Filipinos making the most of every fishing spot. we are very undisciplined here we don't have laws that limit the fish we catch and the size required to keep a fish that's why most anglers here can't enjoy fishing. not to mention "kuryente" which means electric some locals use electricity to shock freshwater ponds to collect fish easily.
