I used these dies with the Empress and they worked great! The instructions tell you to use the shim with the delicate dies, so that's what I did with the more detailed die. Everything cut out beautifully with just one pass. I ran it through again to emboss! I love these jacket dies and the Empress.

Hello. I do use them (crafter companion) but I tried Big Shot plates (already had some) and they worked and when it was time to reorder plates I found Big Shot plates were cheaper and have color options. Both companies plates are very similar. Blessings....

Hey Felicia, enjoyed your video I have these dies also. I noticed you didn't emboss them. Others who own the Gemini said it cuts the mat. Have you found that to be true? There hasn't been too many reviews. I noticed that on Anna's video someone asked the same question, and also wanted to know if these dies were compatible with other machines. Guess what? NO REPLY. But to be honest in the demo she never said that they were. I went back to review it again, and noticed that autoship dies doesn't have the back page attached.!! What do you think? Back to the original question, have you tried to emboss them? Thanks
Hello Lorraine. Somehow I missed your comment. No, I haven't tried to emboss these dies but the next time I pull them out I will try. The dies are compatible with other machines if the machines are large enough. I used one of the dies in my Teresa Cut N Boss but I had to use different shims and send it through several times to get a clean cut. It was a headache doing so but I was able to get a clean cut with the more intricate die (I talk about this in the video). I don't have the larger Gemini but I have heard about some of Crafters Companion own dies cutting/breaking mats not Anna Griffin’s.. I cancelled the most recent auto ship so I'm not too sure about the back page. I was told these dies cut like butter in the Empress machine but it may be difficult to use even in compatible larger machines. Hope this helps. Blessings...
I forgot to ask you do you have the large Gemini? I don’t have the Gemini Junior to test my Sizzix’s magnetic plates on. However, I really like my Vagabond 2, BS Pro, and, AG Empress. I bought the large Gemini on a binge shopping and don’t really like it. Would you be interested in swapping it for one of your machines?

The Anna Griffin machine has excellent reviews and when I am in need of a larger electric die cutting machine that is what I'm buying. Oh Rosemary I decided I can't swap though I did come close. I purchased a back up machine because I loved my first machine so much. I searched and I'm wondering if this machine is being discontinued as I only found it on one site. I love that this machine is electric and cuts out 8 x 10 inch dies as well as both wafer and steel rule dies something I don't think another machine does. I came close to swapping but the thought of my machine burning out and not having an extra machine got the best of me. If I do decide to buy another machine it will be Anna's machine over the Gemini. I's so sorry. Blessings...

I would like to see it and I watched your video twice and didn’t see a finished card for the beautiful first one you did. I ask because I too bought the set. There is an inside part that finishes the card off which I did not purchase either. Did you? I also bought all of AG’s matte and foil papers in all the beautiful colors including the new pastels for Easter, Spring etc and highly recommend. Cheers and thank you!

I'm not aware of any coordinate dies that goes with this set. This is the only Jacket Die set I own. I didn't get Anna's spring papers because I have much colors by Crafters Companion but I might pick up a pack or two next month during the craft fair. Blessings...
