Great overview and walkthrough by the Motorrad guy. I've owned a couple of the non-M versions of this bike and it's about the most well-balanced machine out there, if perhaps a little clinical compared to the Italians. The S1000RR does everything effortlessly well; a Captain America bike if there ever was one. This M-version is just so tasty, and unique.

I think so. I’ve ridden almost all of them over the years. Great track bike. Amazingly tuneable engine too.

Most of your lift happens at launch, the wings wouldn't have much air-flow to be affective, I'm guessing.
I own one of these monsters and it is ridiculous, definitely a race bike!
Do you ride it off track also?
