Some great melodic NWOBHM in the vein of White Star , and Dark Spirit. I meant Dark Star and White Spirit. This song has sort of a UFO - Lights Out feel . One Helluva lead guitarist. I almost think this song was inspired by Blue Oyster Cult - the Vigil
I borrowed a copy of this single when I was 11, my school friend told me his brother was the bass player. (Don’t know if that was true) I remember local hells angels used to go to their gigs around West Yorkshire, his brother used to ride with Idle/Shipley lads, who used to frequent the mayflower reggae nightclub where I used to go as a teenager. I use to love to see their bikes parked outside. I never forgot this record, it sells for about 80 quid a pop these days
Another good band from the wilds of west yorks.. Only "sketetal family" became an international success but there were many other talented musicians around at that time - as you can hear..
🤩I was lucky enough to see them twice in concert and they were a great live band
BACK AGAIN this song ROCKS
This song is FANTASTIC and worthy of a CLASSIC ROCK SONG
Can you imagine a whole album of songs like this? If only.
Would have been legendary
heavy metal army
They have a bunch more songs

The second one is called "Backlash"
Other than the demo they released in -79 they got one song in the "New Electric Warriors Sampler LP" a compliation from 1980.
It was bloody awful, we were conned into doing it.
I like that song, Firing on all Eight I think it was called.
@@billybarton2876 it was my introduction to the band and I love this song
@@billybarton2876 why didn't you record something proper?
This song is so sad ;__; One of the saddest songs I have ever heard.
How is this sad? This song makes me wanna touch myself!
Yep , not a bad effort
Slight prog edge
fine stuff , but to me it sounds more like hard rocking kind of progressive rock !!!
