- I know to already sat 'Thank You' for your support as I navigate through this journey.
We are Ebony and Denise, a two-mom family with three kids; Olivia, Jayden & Lucas. Denise and I have been together for 12 years and married for 8 years. We love recording family-friendly videos and sharing our lives with the world.
We hope to inspire, inform and connect with people who can relate to our story and might consider sharing their own story of “coming out.” Coming out is a journey of self-acceptance, and we hope to inspire the courage in our viewers to be authentically who they are. We would like for our viewers to realize that the life they envision living is in fact possible. That having a partner, career, and family is possible in spite of being stigmatized by society.

Ebony, I had a breast reduction earlier this year. I was an F cup, now I'm a B. BEST decision I have ever made. My breasts were huge and I had severe back pain. Didn't help that I have scoliosis.
My back pain has disappeared and I can finally wear the cutest bras. You will be SO happy once you have it done!
Do what ever makes YOU happy Ebony! Don't worry about what anyone says. It's between you and Denise.
I had breast reduction surgery in 2003. All together they took 12.5lbs off my chest. My breathing got much better right away and I felt like I was walking on air because I didn’t have the extra weight in my back and feeling my shoulders down. There is scarring for sure but it’s so worth it. You learn to live with it. Good luck!!!
Thank you for trusting us with this new journey. I was always a C and I went up to a 36DD and beyond. That combined with scoliosis and oh my gosh my back. I wasn't sure how long I could handle that.
I'm so glad that the Uber driver was also an amazing person.
Don't stress about the actual mammogram. It is uncomfortable but it is quick. You got this!!!
I totally understand why you would want this surgery. Big breasts can cause so much pain and discomfort! Try not to worry too much about the mammogram. I've had many of them because my mother has had breast cancer twice. They aren't fun, but they are much more painful for women with smaller breasts. Having large breasts is a distinct advantage when it comes to mammograms! Rather than being painful, it is just uncomfortable. You'll be fine. I promise. They are so quick and it's such a relief to have the results and know that you're safe and fine for now. Good luck with everything.
I had a reduction in early October… the best decision i have ever made. You get immediate results and the pain is very bearable.
Yay! Good luck on this surgery! I know you'll feel much better. Glad to see that Hart is still in you guys' life! I love everything she produces!
Girl!! I'm an O I feel your pain this is not comfortable and I know exactly how you feel I wish you the best of luck. I'm going to get mine reduced one day.
it can be painful but i have had good ones and bad one. you will be fine. its better to check for any cancers before its to late to stop it.
You know you best and what you need to feel better :) Glad you are getting the process started! Wishing you and your family all the best ❤
I'm 60 yrs. old and I've been watching you guys for a long time .. I think you both are very smart and very positive. I pray that your breast reduction process is very successful and I pray for strength for Denise. God bless all three babies and thank you for sharing your life with us. I am a stroke survivor of many years by the way. You both entertained me through all my pain. Thank you❤️❤️❤️🙏🏿🙏🏿👍🏿. PS. DON'T LET NO ONE STEAL YOUR JOY OR YOUR SHINE.🙂
💞✨Phew! Thank you to the driver for returing your phone. 👍😎 Ebony, you're doing what is comfortable and right for you. Great decision on your breast reduction journey. You've got Denise as your greatest supporter, so together your success is unobstucted. There are many benefits as you know, mamograms are an essential diagnostic tool, where there is a minimal amount of pressure, whilst the mamogram is being perfomed. You'll have it done and probably think, that was'nt as bad as I thought. Best wishes on your journey 💕
I'm so happy for you. I know how you feel. Congratulations on your new journey to better health. @youngezee got hers done. And your next. Praying you have a Blessed recovery.
First! I love you guys and your family and I wish you guys nothing but the best!!

It's not as painful when your very big breasted. They never hurt me. But not looking forward to my first mammogram in May
Hart ❤️
It's a myth that mammogram is painful it isn't
Only thing I can say from seeing people go through this, after the reduction the nipples are always way too high. Make sure to take to your doctor about that! But get it girl! You do you and I hope this helps with the back pain! ♥️
Personally I can relate because I deal with the same thing, also considering a reduction because no matter how much weight I drop they just won’t go away.
Ebony this vlog made me so extremely happy! Your decision is your decision 100%, supporting you from LA! I wish I had the finances to do the same thing, I know the pain you are going through. Wishing you all the best with this new journey 💕
Also the Uber driver is such an awesome person to help you ladies get the phone back. Bless him and his family such an honest man.
I'm glad you've decided to make yourself happy. Psychological health matters too
Love you guys! Y’all are awesome!❤️❤️
Ebony a mammogram is not painful at all I have had been getting mammograms done for a couple years now because my mom had breast cancer and through the mammogram I found out that I Carry the mutated Gen of cancer which getting the mammogram I found out the type of cancer my grandma died from and the type of mutation Gen I have all of this is a good thing and it's not painful at all it is getting your boobs mushed in a machine for them to take images for the mammogram screening and test that's all it is
I had 2 sisters who needed reductions due to back pain. Both were happy with the results. Good luck, Ebony.
I've been considering a breast reduction for a long time. I also have insane back pain. I'm a 42H currently. I'm also genderfluid, so having a smaller chest would reduce some of my gender dysphoria.
thank goodness for the good, honest people in this world! Now to show you guys support, I'm going to get very vulnerable with this community... I was a size DD in 8th grade, when I had my son and breastfed him I was a J cup. I had to sleep in a recliner, because when I tried to sleep in a bed, I woke up choking suffocating on my own chest. I had a daughter over 7 years later, thankfully it wasn't as bad. I now have a lot of the same issues as you mommy. I even had to have a couple of biopsies done because I have fibrous tissue, the doctors found concerning with a simulare family history. I wish that I could afford a reduction, so much! mine hang way down, and in my armpits whenever I take a bra off.
Your so brave to be doing this! Btw yall are soo cute!! And lovey dovey💕💕🏳️🌈
Thank you so very much for sharing your secret with us Ebony! I think it's swell you're doing this and understand the back pain with having big breasts. Thank you for showing the consultation with the doctor. I really appreciate it and you sharing this with us, have been wanting a breast reduction since middle school.
Here for you guys and praying for everything to be well🙏 during and after the surgery. Lol from Uganda 🇺🇬 Africa and can someone tell me that am not tripping coz am seeing that am the first to comment 🤸♂️.
I wouldn't say mammograms are extremely painful, but can by a little uncomfortable and this is from someone with a low tolerance for pain. It will be fine! I'm looking into a similar surgery, so thanks for sharing your journey.
Go for it Ebony, I had a breast reduction back in 1998 and it's the best thing I've ever done and bear in mind I never had children so it wasn't that that caused it, it was genetics. You won't regret it I promise.
Aw! I miss Heart! She's so funny and such a sweet person too.
I'm excited to watch Ebony's journey to feeling better! 😊
My reduction was the best thing I ever did. I should have done it sooner! Went from a G to a C! Everyone thought I lost 50 lbs after I did it. You won’t regret it.
Hi! I had to start having Mammograms around 10 years ago because my Mom, Aunt, and Grandma had breast cancer. Honestly, it really is not that painful. I used to be scared about that too. I hardly feel a thing. Thanks for taking us on this journey with you. This is an issue that people are not comfortable talking about, and I am so glad that you are!
Damn I'm a 40DD and that doesn't fit 👍 ght either
0 judgment. My mom had it done like 15 yrs ago and her only regret was not having done it sooner. She was like a 36 FF before.
Getting checked for breast cancer is really good idea. I have an aunt who has been fighting breast cancer for over 5 years now because the cancer keeps coming back.
Also, the idea to remotely change the screen of your phone to say it is lost is brilliant.
Omg Hart! Miss watching her. So funny. Food looks yum. Good luck with surgery mama! 💚
Good luck with the future surgery and continue to stay safe. I'm so happy to see Hart is still part of you life by being your editor. So all the blessings your family and Hart's family as well.
What's amazing is that you're capable of it. I'm going to suffer from insane pain with this things...
And I can not even change it because surgeries scare me and I can not let others see me um yeah... and it's really good that you are able to because health is very important...
Wishing you much success in your journey. Prayers up that all works out and the results are what you have dreamed of. Great you reached our to J &Q. (I sub to them as well). Hope you all do a collab one day. Thank you so much for sharing. Luv you guys. Much love from Cali!,
I had a reduction and lift two years ago. Went from a 38G to a D! I had 143 stitches because mine were so bad and uneven but after 4 weeks I was basically back to normal! Stopped taking the pain medicine after 3 days. Best decision I ever made
I did this in May. The damage to my back is permanent. Mine were literally in my lap. I was was 42GGG. I had been big breasted since I was 14. Even though the damage is permanent, I feel so much relief since I'm now a 42D. I'm so happy for you Ebony
💛
Good luck lil cuz ..speedy recovery 🥰
you're going to feel AMAZING!
Good luck to you dia
Your doctor sounds like Bill Clinton. I often wondered if you had gotten sized up, because of the noticeable increase of volume. Thanks for sharing your secret. Much success to you on this process.
You will do great a mamo gram is not that bad. The 1st one I had the power went out and I was stuck in the machine and I was fine. I have to have one every year but my boobs are very small I wear no bra and well if you know you know. I had a friend that did a reduction and she said it was the best thing she has ever done for herself.
