Well I used to think it my favorite was Vegeta and Bulma because it was most unlikely and surprising when everyone found out...but Goku and Chi Chi's love story is way more romantic. :)

Yeah, it was just after Goku recovered from his heart condition--Chichi was so happy to see Goku healthy that she ran up to him and he spun her around....and he tossed her into the air by accident....But at least he caught her! n__n

Yeah, when he recovered from that heart disease. He collapsed after fighting the Android version of Dr. Gero and then recovered a few episodes later. n__n
