The dish towels have poor stitching, and the terrycloth fabric develops 'pills' upon the first washing. The pills come off with a stroke of a hand. The first indication of poor quality is that the edges were hemmed and not a binding weaved edge. The stitching on the hems were long and loose, not tight, and the thread itself was poor quality and coming apart. I was very disappointed in the quality. I expected long strand cotton. I also expected them as made in the USA. I returned these dish towels largely because of the large amount of lint shedding. I didn't want that in my washing machine drain.

Wow. Sorry to hear that. Have you called their customer support? That’s nothing like the experiences we have. I do remember there being a lot of dryer lint the first couple of times we washed and dried them. However, it’s because they are so plush and high quality. We had no damage or issues. Just awesome towels (bath and kitchen). So I’d definitely encourage you to call them. They have a full refund policy and amazing customer service! Wish you only the best!
