Heard about the terrible floods recently. Hope the wonderful people on Crete are alright. Such a beautiful landscape and the beaches are simply out of this world in terms of their colour and the pristine water too.
i don't know what it is but the first moment i put my foot on that island i felt the strongest connection to a place that i have ever felt. i told my friend:" i am going to live here one day, i can feel it". since that day crete is like a magnet for me and i returned many times
