My bedroom closet doors open as opposed to sliding. I place command hooks in the inside and hang gowns or pjs. When I had sliding doors I would place the hooks on the inside sliding door for the same purpose. Allows the clothes to air out.
I always love these types of videos from her because the tips are always practical and simple. It's not a 5 step process or anything, you don't need fancy or specific bins. And not related to the info in the video; I really like her style in this one, I love the necklace and earrings she is wearing and just the overall make up look. It's always classy and stylish! 💕
You and I are 180 in regards to to organization. I have severe ADHD and a pretty significant executive function disorder. Creating order is incredibly difficult for me but it's frustrating because internally I am an interverted minimalist that is highly organized. I just have issues executing that internal dream! Lol You are the only person that I have ever subscribed to that talks about cleaning an organization. And the bottom line is it's because you never make me feel bad about myself. Videos like this show how kind and considerate and very where you are that not everybody ticks in the same way that you do . I just think you're an amazing woman. You have given me so many tips snd products that are doable for me and this channel has improved my life. Keep up the good work and love on that sweet baby and husband! I love that you feature them un your videos, which is another reason I stick around. :)
Wow thank you for the kind comment! I truly think there should be no judgement when it comes to cleaning and organizing. We all are dealing with different things and have different styles that work for us! 💗 Appreciate you being here!!
Putting pajamas in the night stand is a great idea! I’ve been doing this for almost a week now and I like not having to see them out all of the time. Who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?! 😂
Hi Sophie, thank you so much for another wonderful and useful video! I love seeing the notification pop up for your videos, and look forward to watching every one. Great tips and great motivation today too! I have a suggestion I hope you’re open to regarding your videos like this one: I wondered if you could edit in footage examples that show what you are describing while you talk? It could be footage from previous videos (eg putting dishes in the sink, corralling items to a tray, hanging coats on hooks etc) to help those of us who like to see things visually? Having said that you do describe your examples really well, so it is easy to imagine too 😊 Thank you again!
Another thing to consider is that your organizing style can change depending on the space! I love keeping my items out of sight for the majority of my home. However, I am out of sight/out of mind when it comes to my pantry/fridge!! I NEED to see my food or else I won’t remember that I even have it. But I will totally remember every other house item I own that is out of sight 😂
You 'put' I 'hide', but we are in agreement for under the pillow! (I actually 'double hide' by hiding my pjs under my pillow, and then hiding the entire room by closing the door to it when I have guests over. Problem doubley solved!).
One of my favorite “organizers” is a magazine rack. I love my magazines but they can get out of hand and having a rack keeps them all together. And when the rack gets full I know it’s time to recycle the oldest ones.

I can relate to the pajama thing. I fold them up, & put them under my pillow.
Sounds like you aren't the only one!

@@SophisticatedOrganization My pleasure! Thank you Sophie 😊
So many good tips! Great way to start my day! I especially liked your ideas about the half dirty Pj's. Thank you for sharing. ❤
Glad it was helpful!
These are amazing tips and great motivation for us.
I'm so glad!!
These tips were super helpful and I feel like anyone could benefit from these!
Oh good!!
I loved these tips. I am a tidy\organized person but these tips are exactly what I do to stay that way. Thank you for what you do.
Glad it was helpful!

That's a great point! It totally can!! Love that thought
Sophie, Great video! I put my gown under the pillow like many others have commented. 😆

Yesss!!! These are so reasonable! 😍
Thank you!
Thanks Sophie
Great ideas!
Thank you! 😊
Reminiscent of Cass from Clutterbug
Thanks!!
PJs made me laugh, my family puts their pjs under the pillow every morning.
I like that idea too!

That’s so great!
Great video... getting close to 50K!
You're right! Getting there!!
I put a hook on the back of my bathroom door for the pajamas I wear only once. I change in the bathroom anyway, so the pajamas are already there!
We keep pajamas under our pillows when making the bed.
Sounds like you arent the only one! Love that!!
I always put my half worn pj's under my pillow. I have all my life.
Such a great idea!
I thought everyone put their Pj's under their pillow! 🛏😯
I wear gowns which I hang on a designated hook in my master bath.
My PJ's hang on a hook in my bathroom :D
Smart place to put them!
