I upgraded a classic Challenger (I put a hellcat engine in it but I don't think that's bad since they're same manufacturer) and managed to get it to 1.9sec 0-100, which is pretty mad in my opinion.

Seban The Koenigsegg Agera RS was specifically made to be the fastest 0-400 km/h car, so Koenigsegg seemed to focus on making its top speed better than its acceleration, if that makes sense.

The Porsche 918 almost got close to the 2020 Tesla Roadster as in acceleration. So close to 0-60 in 1.9 seconds
That Honda got some power
If you swap the Vulcan FE to all wheel drive and set a tune for it, it has a 1,451 0-60 mph acceleration.

Honestly, this cant be 100% right unless you use automatic. If you gear a little but wrong you get slower times. Also, you should use TCE
Manual without TCS is (almost) faster every time.
Some racecars in FM7 are faster if you use TCS
