@LucyRane stop looking at it like homework. Relax your reactions to things and start there and the "flow" if things will just start happening. Listen to the videos with headphones at night and watch everything start to make total sense and will become effortless

I observe and have watched you as you pop up on my feed throughout the psst 4 years. You are one of the first videos I saw and was attracted to when I first started my journey. I don't have a ryhme or reason to my flow to attain full awareness. I watch other videos but when you pop up I feel......I guess I would say "at home". I feel your authenticity and have a knowing of what you speak is true, from your heart, and messages from God thru you to us. You stay consistent and despite your high number of followers you stay humble and genuine. My point is, this is one of the most valuable, knowledgeable and wel articulated videos I have seen. It has made alot of the "holes" I have had in my journey now "filled" and now answered and have a full vision of the spiral that takes place within that i must take in, observe, and forgiveo in order to get myself to the point in which my inner self feels like i sm at full awareness..... i know you get alot of thank yous and "your awesome" compliments, however, true to my heart and from the depths of the lost parts of my soul I truly appreciate your great efforts to all the very very hard work, late nights, stressed thoughts, apprehensive heart fill nights/days you must go thru just to put out each and every video you put out, and I'm SURE I speak for alot of people on your page, I thank you from my soul to yours. That's so true multiple levels of healing. Like an onion you slowly unpeel forever... My dream body is extremely active. We can no longer afford to identify with our life situations. Our identities are not how we are labeled, by ourselves and others. Observing our dysfunctional thought patterns. I feel like overcoming blockages can take a lot of courage. Surrender works, because if life isn't working, being run how we have been running it than surrendering to a new concept and way of thinking

Any teachings or universities will be free and should be free in the future because that's what God says. Thanks for your teachings, Aaron. You have a great gift! However, most spiritually awakened or awakening souls have quit jobs and ditched people in their lives during the pandemic and don't have the means to pay for the teachings they really need to get to becoming completely free of suffering.
All teachings will come to you.
There is great danger in growing too fast. I too believe that all teachings will come free in the right time. I think that those that get greedy pay for it in many ways. 😬

To use emotions as a wakeup call to heal as Aaron said, is something I will experiment with. I think it was Gurdjieff who even had a method called intentional suffering, sounds painful, haha, but it makes sense, because numbing out pain just hides it and causes deterioration and tensions.

Hello Aaron, I loved this video, so much, that I ought to take notes about it. Thank you for simplifying wisdom and information. Please!!!!! on the courses offered at your online university, include COMPASSION and hands-on for that, there are so many “spiritual” people who have big spiritual Egos, or have no compassion because they chose to live in LaLa land; on denial about the terrible things happening here at the third level, or physical level. These people choose to be blind about the horrific environmental degradation that we are doing to Mother Earth and her ecosystems, and species. Please help even more. Thank you.

i was slingshotted at full speed up this spiral because of your videos. it was painful, but i feel like a completely different person.. at times i wonder if im just in denial. but i feel so at peace and im no longer as easily triggered and i cant remember the last time i held onto any anger or sadness. i allow it to come and pass right thru me without any resistance or judgement towards my authentic self.
i know my healing will be tested through out life but now i have the groundwork to prevent me from getting sucked in like quicksand.

Dear Aaron, your videos have been significant in my process of enlightenment however I have one tiny comment I feel obliged to share. I feel it more inclusive to address your audience as "we" rather than you. When you focus on the You, viz., "you reach a state of healing..." it seems as though you are excluding yourself from the process. Every great Sage, and Bodhisattva always uses We when addressing their audiences dear Aaron. After all, as humans, We are All continuously learning... Just read a book "Human Magnet Syndrome" and it's Psychology but there are so many similarities to The law of one. If you think yourself as an empath that attracts narcissists I totally recomend to read that book... Hope this post help someone

The thing is many people are stuck in mind and don't understand how all of this works. And they try hard to understand and get rid of the pain body. That made me thinking that only those who are waking up truly gets it without even trying to understand. It is just happening.

I've been just in a phase of desperation between metaphysical healing sessions, and this explained the issue exactly. I already noticed that sometimes I was dealing with the same 'concepts' or 'emotional images' after a while, just in different types or contexts/life areas, that offered different connotations and mechanics of the same thing. It's like life rephrases the same question to you just to make sure that YOU are 100% sure of your answer, leaving no subconscious traces of the issue behind. But you can't deny either the progress done each time it happens, because the similitude pushes you to compare, and you are always dealing with it from a different - and somewhat more capable - standpoint.
So you just helped me made sense of something that I was having a glimpse of and getting confused with. I really appreciate it.

Crazy thing is that thru self inquiry which was achieved through meditation, I came up with this philosophy as well and I seriously thought it was my own, until now. Comes to show how these truly are universal.
Triggers and mirrors are our energy, not someone reflecting them on us. Everything is consciousness. And we are finally waking up but shadow work still needs to be done. Love yourself, forgive yourself and heal yourself. Get out of the mind and into the heart and do some deep breath work to help release held energy. Neutrality and observance...no more drama swings. No more monkey mind. No more reacting to triggers since they are us. Yes you will still get thoughts but you recognize them as either yours to heal or not yours and say this isn't mine, please leave. We are multi-dimensional spiritual beings. You explain things so it is very easy to understand which will help those spiritually waking up. Thank you. Congrats on your academy, sounds exciting!

Great job, Aaron. I have been constantly balancing my energy as I experience day to day thought patterns through living life. I have as accidentally experienced momentary bliss state, through the help of your RUclips videos, by removing my identity with the self, and experimenting with sexual energy within the dis-identification meditation.
I’m not sure if that was proper but I got through the bliss state in that way. I’m glad you have a platform in teaching these kinds of things now. I’ll be checking it out sometime this year hopefully.

at 17:13 - 20:23 when he's talking about getting The top of the ascension spiral- when we reach that state of self actualisation - for me personally I feel that THAT is also the state of CREATIVE self EXPRESSION- What he describes here in this segment is POWERFUL WHEN encountering our inner healing to move negative karma, emotions, thoughts into a place of awareness, acceptance and neutrality!
But the next step(from my perspective) is then to REDEFINE what was, to re CREATE the meaning, to give a more conscious and aligned meaning.
To give a new meaning that's more in alignment with our greater awareness and ultimately with "what we really want" putting this new meaning in the place of that previous meaning that was causing us suffering.
I feel THIS is a hidden part of what's meant by 'self actualisation' as the individuated self 'IS' a creative expression of ONEESS- Oness is living 'through' us- AS our individuated CREATIVITY, - as in: the nuance and inherent impulse that drives us to make the choices that we do!
REDEFINING the old meaning and EXERCISING our "God" given creativity is what self-actualisation (for what I can see in this moment) looks like- And I feel the closer we get into a flow state, the more this inherent creative lives through us and the re creative quality simply just arrises and occurs naturally. :) This is just my own angle on Aaron work, but hope it serves you if it resonates. That confirmed my latest real life observation of a narcissistic individual, they don't really suffer, of course they act as if they do from time to time to manipulate those around them, but at some point I just saw it, they don't really suffer. They do feel enraged when things don't go their way or people don't behave as expected from them, but they don't "suffer" because of that. It didn't make much sense to me at the point, how is it possible that they don't suffer but now it clicked in my mind. Very interesting
