Some people need to realize that makeup actually takes effort to do. Have y'all never had a day where you feel like absolute shit and don't wanna get out of bed or take a bath or something? "In my moment" is referring to the exact opposite of that feeling. It's when you wake up one day, feel good about yourself and decide, "hey, i feel like taking care of myself today" and some people go out with friends, some people dress up, take pictures and some people do their makeup.
