SO needed that pep chat! I started my RUclips channel almost a year ago and am currently in the works of starting a podcast (which is gonna be majority interviews) and it's ALL a learning process! However I'm passionate about this podcast and RUclips has become my creative therapy. There are definitely so many things I've run into when I'm like "ugh maybe I'm not cut out for this" but like you said, just gotta keep going!
