I think that’s called Van Der Waal’s force ( not sure on spelling) about why extremely flat objects will stick together. Gauge blocks are typically used to illustrate it in school
Really good video Mike. I’ve said it before but you’re blessed with some damn good help. Tell their story some time either on here or Patreon. Did they do trade school or all OJT with you? Make a real good video I think.
Hey I’ve been watching some of your videos and you seem like a good man to ask I got a Ponsse elephant and in the next year Were gonna get another new one and we’ve been looking at a timber pro but we’ve had such good luck with the elephant it’s got 20k hours on it and done nothing but greased and routine maintenance do those timberpro’s run out that good or are they a lot more upkeep
They are wet brakes. We fill the diff after assembly. Brakes are in a bath of oil as we roll the assembly under machine. Gets coated before we release the brake assembly. So to answer your question. No

Another one hits the road, err, trailer to hit the road! Nice work! Thanks for the video!
I don't know how those boots get all those parts straight but they do a great job. Always great to see what's going on.
Troy , Kyle nice job ! Mike thanks for sharing 👍I see Pop is even there directing lol! Hey where’s the chilli 🌶lol! 👍
No need for the wrist rags if you take the hoses off the lower manifold before messing with the brakes, very minimal mess!
You got some good mechanics 👍
