John Donne, the metaphysical poet was also a scholar, soldier n secretary....a multi dynamic personality despite being from a poor background. Unfortunately his poem Flea was published posthumously. It's interesting to note that the flea is considered the friend of 2 lovers in an attempt to draw the hearts closer than killing it and causing murder of all 3. The use of conceit in the metaphysical poem seems quite interesting! Thank you Indira for being a great teacher for seniors as well🎉🎉
