@@gulistaansari1230 guidance is the broader more general term. Guidance can be provided by friends family in group by a teacher in a class through a lecture etc. You don't need a particular settings. Beside the problems are less special and not more individual centered. Councelling generally deals with issues of psychological nature, emotional and mental problems of an individual its very deep in a closed settings and performed with a professional only. And councellor is fully accountable for the advice they give it needs to be factual ans supportive of client they work with clients one on one as they reach a conclusion. Follow specific methods and techniques, not found in regular guidance session like the career councelling session sre actually guidance in schools
