    Tried this place per your recommendation, it's everything you said it was, I took both my kids who both lived in Japan teaching and they both couldn't get over how authentic the food was. If you like katsu, this place is a must try. Thanks for the recommendation

    Love your review man, very detailed and thorough. I was just in Vegas and missed eating at Ton Ton, I’m kicking myself for sure after your review! Ton Ton is at the top of my list when I get back to Vegas.

      I went around 1pm on a Saturday. The wait was about 30 minutes. Not Too bad.

    It's very good but we came in the summer and it was so hot in there, it was not worth sweating to death. The food is good especially the scallops. The place needs to be bigger or they need another location.

    Definitely going to check it out. Is there a plum sauce used? I am used to that kind of preperation.

      No plum sauce. Plum sauce is used in Cantonese cuisine for duck, egg rolls, and some deep fried dishes; not normally used for Japanese cuisine.
