Quick check in, I finally got around to playing after not touching the game much this week and as I am playing my first game in my dynasty, I noticed that my accessories, which I set to the blue I wanted, has suddenly become a super dark blue smh not sure what they've done with the game, but I assume since the patch, it's changed the hues/colors a bit so I'm headed back to Teambuilder to see if they maybe fixed it or whatever. I'll keep yall posted.
Update to my earlier update. I have to check it but it looks like they may have possibly fixed the color issue with the accessories because I just went in and set it to the standard blue that was selected from the logo colors and it's looking fine in game. I'll do some testing but fingers crossed that they have fixed THAT issue, next they have to fix that black field issue some of you guys are having. I'll keep you posted.

Thank you for finding this work around! Even if it takes a few uploads to dial it in, it’s so much better than being stuck with black or white accessories and having to edit your whole starting lineups to get the wrong blue accessories off guys to appease my OCD lol.

@@immrallen2690 I was able to get a perfectly matching dark blue for my team in 4 tries. Just had to slide the hue a little and half the brightness. It definitely works!

So what I did was I just added the "Seton Hall" and the "Pirates" wording as layers and then I had to rotate the words to get them to run across the end zone. Once I did that, I manipulated the size by stretching it out and then up to fill in the end zone
Would love to see a follow up video and you actually showing us on the website what you did. For me I am trying yo have blue and red accessories but the color like you said is just not adding up right
thanks for the help! for a game that took 4 years to make, a lot of it seems very thrown together and full of small stupid flaws like this. gameplay is fun but the abundance of this kind of stuff rubs me the wrong way kinda. feels like theyre gonna mess stuff up on purpose just to advertise it as a new feature like they did/do madden.

I pray they fix any and all flaws or issues folks have with the game because I'm big on us all as a collective, having a great gaming experience and I personally hate to hear when my folks like you say something about a game is rubbing you the wrong way. I know it sounds kind of corny but us all being content with the games we play is super important to me, that's why I do stuff like this or create sliders to help with the experience.
@@USR__ yeah, I honestly don't get it because when you select the colors to color match the logo, the jerseys and every part about THAT portion of the creation works seamlessly color-wise but when it comes to the accessories it's like NOPE. Plus, why is the accessory part not just under the uniform section smh
Glad people are finding some enjoyment in this game. I can't even use Teambuilder at all!!! smh I started creating a team. It saved progress. I came back to finish it up and cannot save anything anymore. It keeps saying Error 400. I tried to just delete the team, and IT WON"T EVEN DELETE!!! It's just ridiculous bro. Just bring back the 2014 Teambuilder, and I will be fine using CFB 2014. This 2025 is just full of terribleness!
@@Tre_B3 I had that issue last night when I was updating the uniforms for my created team because I wanted to go with Under Armor for consistency with the brand that the school actually wears but the shoes and gloves stayed Nike anyways so I just went back to Nike, but when I changed stuff, it didn't save and I got an "ajax error" whatever the hell that is and lost about 2 hours of work and moving the added layers to just where I want them smh. Sorry you had that issue though fam and I'm in TOTAL agreement with you, the old Teambuilder was superb compared to this one. I was expecting some straight fire since it's 10 years later but its been the opposite really.

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be working for me. But I am going to play around with it a bit more. This at least pushes me in some direction towards fixing it. Though, this should have never been an issue that made it to public release and there is no way this is a super complicated issue for EA to fix, since jersey and field colors work just fine.
@@maizeman90 just like I mentioned to someone a minute ago, it's a weird thing because like you said the jersey and field stuff works just fine when you select a color, why is the variation so off with the accessories and why are they not located under the uniform section to begin with
@@immrallen2690 there is a lot of weird to Team Builder beyond the colors. I'd updated my unis which I got working in my game. But two days later my jerseys reverted in game despite not having downloaded anything. Like it loaded a cached version of my team builder file. They've got a lot of stuff to sort out.

I found out after editing my hue, brightness, and saturation that the colors were still bright when playing outdoors during day games. But, if I played a night game (outdoors) the color matched my edited color. Was weird to see
@@TideV2 no I haven't really done any slider testing yet due to trying to find a solution to this issue, but now that I have it, I plan on working sliders starting this week/weekend. I'll let you know but the lowering for better coverage part would not surprise me if it was still like that
The issue that I am having is that the "HUE" bubble preview thing still shows the pastel version of the color and does not change as I move the Sliders around. Is that to be expected and I just have to try it out in the game?
@@alexquinton5462 it BARELY shows any change so you just have to sort of eye test it like if you're cooking something lol I just sort of look at the color it's moving over and check the big box to see how the hue is changing. Saturation and brightness are wildly important too as it pertains to getting it right. When I make the follow up vid, I'll speak to this but I spent like 2 days just trying to get my blue to stop having a purple-ish tint to it
Yo when you update things on team builder, do you start a new dynasty to see the changes? If I make changes and upload my changes don’t take effect in my already started dynasty
@@opposer8844 what's good fam....for my PNG pic edits I used Canva. You can actually get Canva Pro with all the needed tools for a 7 day trial. Cop the trial, get all your pics how you need em and then cancel the trial lol
@@coltonnturneryep, from what I can see because there is no way to alternate just yet. The only thing you can change between the 2 is the show primary and secondary, on the shoes you can pick between the 2 when selecting your uniform before each game starts.
@@coltonnturneryou should be able to change them in the uniform pages on socks. Once you create the custom color for your accessories in the Stadium section, the same color should be available to you in the uniform (socks) section.

That would be a good video to show. I tired to do the adjustments with the hue and its not really going well. Colors are still bright and washed. I tired doing a dark blue and to get it right you have to turn the brightness almost all the way down.

Like that's what happened in the example I had in the vid with Rutgers and that red...I set it to the preset and it came out pink, so it's sort of hit or miss

What was the hue you ended up using for the blue bc I like the Kentucky blue color in game but just wanted something like Cobalt blue and it came out purple in game
For my hue (which I may still slightly adjust some more) I moved the line away from the light blue and closer to the purple but the key for how I truly wanted it was the saturation and brightness, as they gave me the pop, or lack thereof, that I was looking for. Here is an example of it...

So set the primary crowd color to whatever you want that one to be and then the secondary one SHOULD be your secondary accessory color...keyword being SHOULD. Currently I am working on my own. I haven't grabbed any yet but a good person who I've been connected with for years is Matt10 on Operation Sports, he's great with them. I've gotten good inspiration from guys like him for when I'm working my own. I am still doing mine, may have a base set done soon and once I do I'll share it.

I wanted to have my team be sponsored by Under Armor since that's who Seton Hall rocks with for their actual jerseys etc but it kept Nike accessories so I just switch it back to Nike. I was heated cause UA had a few nice jersey stitchings that Nike doesn't have and I can't use em cause I need consistency
@@thebestrj5580 may need to also adjust the brightness and/or saturation as well. Unfortunately we can't see it on a jersey example or anything until we load it into the console, so it may take a few tries. It took me a sec before I found the correct shade of blue or gray that I wanted.
@@thebestrj5580 oh okay. Yeah, I'll get on and test it out a bit further too just to see if I can maybe find something as far as a baseline goes for it. I know when I did the gray, adjusting the brightness REALLY worked for me because I felt the original gray I had was entirely too light
Tweak the saturation and brightness as well, trust me while the hue and everything can fix the issue to a degree, it's STILL going to take a lot of work and tweaking which is stupid. It's rumored that they may be working to include a spot for us to change accessory colors etc
@@immrallen2690 Once you tweak the sat and brightness, alot of the time its still the same with the bright and washed colors. Alot of the time you have to turn down the brightness so much that the colors look weird on the website, but in the game it looks the way you try to make it (kinda).
Gold, I'd imagine would be tricky. Maybe try to use the preset for Notre Dame or someone and then adjust the saturation and brightness a bit to get it off the hue issue
I only have issues in small spots with the uploading of my team after I make updates or whatever. I just keep trying it until it goes through. Sounds like your issue is a bit deeper though, almost like you just can't upload regardless

Have you tested pass defense sliders? Wondering if lowering them still makes coverage better rather than worse.

So is it Crowd Color 1 or Crowd Color 2 that changes the accessory color? Can you have different colors for home and away?

@@immrallen2690 Once you tweak the sat and brightness, alot of the time its still the same with the bright and washed colors. Alot of the time you have to turn down the brightness so much that the colors look weird on the website, but in the game it looks the way you try to make it (kinda).

Gold, I'd imagine would be tricky. Maybe try to use the preset for Notre Dame or someone and then adjust the saturation and brightness a bit to get it off the hue issue
Is anybody able to upload teams ? I can’t since 2weeks
I only have issues in small spots with the uploading of my team after I make updates or whatever. I just keep trying it until it goes through. Sounds like your issue is a bit deeper though, almost like you just can't upload regardless
