So you're gonna ignore Frollo, the guy who committed genocide and was prepared to burn children alive to capture Esmerelda? What about Lady Tremaine, who kept cinderella as servant in her own house for close to a decade? Or Mother Gothel, who was an abusive parent and kept Rapunzel locked away from the outside world for eighteen years? What about Scar, who betrayed his own brother, and then tried to kill his nephew? Hans doesn't even come close to being the most evil disney villain.
EmoTheElephant It's just my opinion. Frollo's up there, too. I just put Hans in the group of people who were evil for no reason. He could have learned to love Anna, but he chose to be evil. All of the villains you mentioned became evil by their own nature or psychologically. Hans made a choice. Again it's just my opinion, but all of the villains you mentioned are high on my list, too.
Well it's hard to say to because we never really get any backstory for any of the villains, so who knows how they end up the way they are? All the villains had a choice on whether to commit evil acts or not, and all of them chose to do bad. Perhaps Hans could have learned to love Anna, but he wasn't really given enough time to do so in the film.
Now Woody has turned like him when my Woody left me in my cold room, then he confronts me about someone I love from the movie United 93; Woody leaves as I laid on my bed all freezing cold, united 93 luckily found me shivering and the movie heroically puts my dressing gown over me and my hands felt cold like ice. I hope united 93 gets Woody back for this

Hans is easily one of the top 3 most evil Disney villains, right up there with the Evil Queen and Maleficent.
