Yes, it's the same. Previously, the diploma holders were called RCNs, but the name has been changed to Public Health Nursing

They don't work with shifts. It's a straight day work let's say from morning to 3/4pm then you close and they also don't work on weekends and holidays

Yes it is the same just that at first they are called RCN (Registered Community nursing) which is now called Public health nurse diploma (or registered public health nurse) I'm equally going for public health nursing with full vim ❤❤❤ all we need is long life with good health 🙏🙏
