This is a scam video based on one of my recent verification, the plot is located in Bhagabatipur Mouza near Kateni Square, Bhubaneswar. Just inside of Mount Litera Zee School. We found here that, the property which was showed by the agent to the client was belongs govt. property(Anabadi) but has given document of a plot which actually located near Deras Dam closer to Chandaka forest. By which, customer may suffer badly after buying this plot. Very good work bhai 3 years back during COVID I too was interested in this area to buy land. Got the deeds from brokers for this and later found out they were trying to scam me . I had to spend 10k on EC and also had to meet the local RI and people yo figure out this. Thank God I didn't buy this land at that time.

Simply ask for Sale Deed, Original Patta copy, 30 years + EC and hire a lawyer or even hire Realherovakeel and do the verification.
If its a plotting project then get the documents for the connecting road plots if the road is not gifted to BDA.
Good luck finding good plot in this shit hole city btw.
