Opt for vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often coz our hands are often full of germs that can cause pimples when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other items you use because they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.
I want to tell you , I was looking for a facewash that doesn't dry out my skin but at the same time cleans dirt from my face... Well, this riceberry face wash turns out to be it.... It clears out my dirt and does not dry out.... However, it does not create much foam during application.

When we talk of skin, we should not forget age is a factor. The younger you are the fresher ,softer and smoother your skin. And they also respond to treatment faster;that's if they even need any treatment at all. Most times they don't need it. That's why I don't go for or waste my money on some idea/products that are being advertised with younger models.

@@catmo59 me too i wondered the same, because even her kids have really good skin. so I tried this 3 days a week for a good 2 month and honestly my face was glowing. I could see it, other people too. I told my self it is the toner and face wash i was using so I decided to stop using the tomato. I can attest that my skin is not as glowing as that time, so i will get back to the 3 days a week tomato routine and see if it can bounce to that glow again. (PS just the tomato, no tumeric)
So I watched this video first time last week. I started having break outs this year and tried dermatologist with no good results. I tried this method starting Friday and results were immediate. I am on my 3rd day and no bee break outs plus the black spots are fading away. I appreciate the video.

A good idea is to mix the 🍅 juice in with the turmeric powder and coconut oil to make a paste as well after rubbing the tomato all over your face use the access juice along with the paste but thank you so much for your excellent acne and black spot advice my daughter sufferswith acne and i sufferwith black spots so my family amd I will be using your idea to treat our face
