I’ve recently simplified my routine to Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid serum , moisturizer with SPF in the am and a prescribed Retinol A gel with a moisturizer with peptides in the pm. I do have a multi peptide serum that I will use in the am for now, that I will finish using but will not be repurchasing it. There are so many different type serums it can make you crazy. Simple is better.

My extremely sensitive Rosacea skin is tolerating CeraVe vitamin C and Olay Retinol, and my skin feels fantastic. Straight Retin-A just sets skin on fire! Even if I sandwich it. I had to use prescription cortisone cream to quiet it down.

More than likely, Yes. You need to make sure you reapply your SPF (or in your case, your moisturizer) every 2 hours to be effective, and more than likely there’s not enough SPF in your moisturizer (or not applying enough) to protect you sufficiently. That’s why derms will tell you that you still need SPF even if your makeup has it in it.

10:33 Oui, vous pouvez utiliser l'acide tranexamique puis le sérum de rétinol. Les deux produits agissent en complément sur les taches pigmentaires. La crème hydratante est utile pour diminuer l'irritation dûe au rétinol et bien sûr pour hydrater la peau.
Le matin j'utilise un sérum à la vitamine C puis de l'acide azelaïque suivis d'acide hyaluronique puis de FPS. Le soir, c'est peptides de cuivre, Vichy minéral 89 avec probiotiques, acide azelaïque puis tretinoine avec la méthode sandwich. Je sais que les avis sont partagés quant à l'association peptides de cuivre et tretinoine, mais j'ai décidé de suivre les conseils du docteur Dray.
