Very interesting. It's a far cry from the old tram driver's position with a controller, handbrake and foot operated bell.
They shouldve just given the T68s a Bee network (or as i say Bee notwork) refurb and left it as that, Much nicer than these modern M5000 trams
I did this Journey for 7 Years. My ex lived in Alty. I adored and loved those trams so much. Thank You for this video.

There might be less tram chasing if they ran from The Trafford Centre to Crumpsall via Exchange Square
