Gasagase(khus khus) : 50gm
Jaggery: half kg or 1 1/2 ball
Dry coconut: half grated
Fresh coconut: half grated
Elachi : 5 -6piece
Almond or Badam : 50gm
Cashew nut : 50gm
Milk: 1 glass

My grandma born 1928 and died 2017 used to cook mostly in Aluminum. She had no health issues until her demise. Anyways, Aluminum vessel is much better than non stick chemicals.
