Thanks. It was so smooth. Carl used $20 of good quality maple syrup. I think it added some nice unique flavours to the beer. Some sweet nuttiness etc. Cheers 🍻
Looks beautiful, your getting into dark beers and in the UK we are looking forward to lighter beers ,it was sunny for a whole 3 days then it rained for 5 again 🤪🤨my gimbal sometimes has a mind of its own. Great beer ,great vid cheers 👍🍻
Thanks. Top job by Carl. Yes, it's funny how what you want to brew changes with the seasons. Although I can also go a lighter beer anytime. Hope you get some more sun! Cheers mate 🍻
Thanks. Yes oats would be great addition to give it some more creaminess. The possibilities are endless with what you can do. The beauty of homebrewing. Cheers mate 🍻
It's a pretty darn tasty recipe. Have you had the commercial version? I've not had it myself. It's good to reignite the passion by having a bit of break from brewing. Cheers mate 🍻
This does sound really good!!!

What a wonderful sounding beer!
I made a maple brown ale some years ago now and maple syrup is ideal to put in darker beers.👍
Yum! A maple syrup brown ale sounds great! Cheers mate 🍻

Top job Dinoz. That's another beer I need to put on my ever growing list of brews to do. Also enjoy Roys beers , they're really good. Cheers 😎👍
Thanks! Haha. The list of what to brew next is never ending, which isn't a bad thing. Yes, definitely looking forward to Roy's beers. Cheers mate.
This one sounds amazing. I wonder how it would go with some oats in the mash to add some more creaminess. Great video. Cheers!
