Merci bien Dr pour cette vidéo si instructive. En effet elle nous permet d'abord de faire la différence entre une infection urinaire haute et basse. Ensuite elle nous permet de différencier une infection urinaire simple d'une infection urinaire compliquée. Enfin elle nous donne des pistes de réflexion par rapport à la conduite à tenir quand des cas difficiles se présenteront notamment l'imagerie et ca me ravit.
Toutefois j'aimerais savoir s'il y a une différence entre abcès et sepsis?

L'abcès correspond à l'accumulation de pus -> souvent il est nécessaire de drainer car souvent les antibiotiques ne pourront pas accéder à cette collection
Pour les sepsis dans l'infection urinaire bactérienne c'est la présence de la bactérie dans le sang

Bonjour, pour le traitement de la cystite simple de la femme c'est demain la fosfomycine-trométamol 3gr en prise unique. Chez la femme enceinte amoxicilline 1gr x3/j pendant 7j

En 07: 26 je pense q t as confondu..si les 2 sont - ça exclu une infection urinaire par contre si les 2 sont + ça ne confirme pas le diagnostic ..corrige moi stp si chui fautive et merci pr la video 🧡

Si les leucocytes estérases ET les nitrites sont négatifs -> ça n'exclu PAS une infection urinaire : tu peux avoir une infection urinaire -> car il existe des faux négatifs.
Si les deux sont positifs avec une des symptômes clinique d'infection urinaire -> ça confirme ton diagnostique
