We have always wanted to go to Akershus! I love that it’s a character meal. Greg’s always wanted to eat here to try some Norweigan food, but he doesn’t care for buffets so we never did, I had no idea it switched to family style so now we will have to go for sure! So cool you had met all of the princesses in about 30 minutes. Great tips on the dining credits. Looks like so much fun! Thanks for sharing with us, great review! 😊
Wonderful review my friends! Because you are so experienced with Disney World, I'd like to ask. Being an older couple and would like to visit Epcot to just walk around seeing the countries and also visit restaurants, is it necessary to make reservations or can you just walk in. One thing through the years, I am not fond of, is that Disney has become a planning everything vacation. I recall Disney World when you just went and enjoyed the day with no scheduling. Thank you
You can always try to join a waitlist but it isn’t a guarantee for the popular table service restaurants. But (especially at Epcot) there are also a lot of great quick service places that definitely don’t need a reservation! So they could be your backup plan! I would have loved to experience a more laid-back Disney trip that didn’t require so much planning! Are you thinking of taking a trip?!
@@whatifdisneyworld Thank you so much for the information. Kind of what I thought. Went there in 1978 and did zero planning other than booking our room at the Polynesian Village. Through the years we watched it get more complicated where it began to not feel like a vacation. Would love to take one more trip in life without doing all the scheduling. With age and health not sure if possible. First visit to Disney was in 1959 Disneyland. Will always keep enjoying your channel.
That sounds lovely to go without planning then! And so neat you went to Disneyland so early as well! What great memories! Thanks for watching and commenting! We really appreciate you! And we still enjoy your videos even if we can comment on them! :)
We haven’t been here since before it was a character meal! Definitely think it’s time to go back.😂 That’s fantastic that breakfast is served so late! Thanks for the video!!😄
Ooo yeah! It was great. The candlelight package does add a lot to the cost but also worth it IMO. We did Garden Grill last year for Candlelight Package. Biergarten always looks festive and fun so not sure but I might personally choose that this next time.
@@whatifdisneyworld Garden Grill is the other one we're debating! TBH, I think I'm leaning more towards a breakfast at Garden Grill... but we'll see which one ends up winning out!
It would be cheaper! Good luck with the reservations. Last year it opened earlier than 6am eastern. I remember it was like 5:30 or 5:45 eastern so maybe start trying for it earlier at 6!
We cannot wait to visit here one day! The food looked great. Thanks for sharing
We will definitely be back again! It was great! Thanks for watching! :)

I’d love to go for dinner so we could try some authentic Norwegian food!

I love a good brunch meal! This was a winner for us! Thanks for watching, friend!
We have yet to visit Akershus! That food looked great. Really love the content! Keep it up!
Thanks! We loved the breakfast! I would like to try lunch/dinner too but I knew the picky kids would do better with breakfast food.
Watching this to try and decide what we’re going to book as our candlelight processional dining package! Looks amazing! Thanks for sharing!

@@whatifdisneyworld Thank you! Oh that's good to know! I am working with a travel agent, so I'm sure she'll be on it, but I will let her know as well!
Definitely have to try this out! You can save so much time meeting majority of the princesses here instead of waiting in meet and greet lines.
Exactly! That’s why it felt “worth it” for us!
I’ve never been! My boys don’t visit the princesses often, but I think they’ll love it here. This was a fantastic review as always!
I made my money back eating all you can eat Cheshire Cat tails 😂
@@whatifdisneyworld 😩🤣🤣🤣
Remember that if you have at least 1 Little Girl, be sure that the Girl wears a Princess Dress so that the Princesses can see the Dress.
Great point! That makes for some super special memories, character interactions and pictures! Thanks for sharing!
