Looks absolutely delicious. I grew up eating pelau a few times a month but never learned to cook it. After watching your video and with memories of the taste a instinct I believe I am ready to make this dish. Thank you for this awesome video 🤗
Hey sis, you have such a soothing voice ,that I almost don't want the video to finish. Your meal looks very appealing and you did an outstanding job at seasoning your dish. You are never afraid to spice up your foods ever since I started to follow your channel I always admired your simplicity and love you have for foods. You are an outstanding woman, stands with a beautiful personality and a voice of charm & you outstandingly amazing. Happy new year. 👌👌👌🙏🙏👍🏽👍🏽💯💯❤❤🇬🇾🙏🇬🇾
Hey Ria I noticed that when I use the Himalayan pink salt i use more than I would with regular white salt. My mom has high blood pressure so I have to be very careful when cooking with salt & whenever I do use the pink salt I'm always worried because I know I would never put as much with regular. I guess I have to research it. Your pelau looks great, perfect for a quick Sunday meal.
Greetings and Happy New Year to you and your lovely family, including you puppy. Beautiful and delicious dish. Although I am a vegetarian, I still love to watch your cooking. @@CookingWithRia Ria. I thoroughly enjoyed your informative video on how to make the green seasoning. If decide to add oil to it could I use olive or grape seed oil? I feel it will store longer in the fridge with the oil mixed in. Also what kind and where do you buy the already peeled garlic cloves. Would you use the ready minced garlic that is available. I have to say I am not comfortable using garlic coming from Asia. They have had some bad publicity in the past. Your advice would be most appreciated.
