The color really looks good on your locs. I always like blue black dye because it conditions the hair instead of drying it out. This makes me want to color my locs this color but I'm too lazy, lol. I bet it really enhances the color wax to make the hair appear more vibrant too.
UM MA' this is a deposit. lifting my hair will make it weak and break. I color my hair black once or twice a yr. anything else you seen on my locs has been a wax ma'am..

So question??? Dyeing your hair wet or dry... which do you do? Is there a difference in outcome?
I do both. Typically wet because I normally wash it first. No difference in the outcome that I can think of

no maam.. no bleach needed to deposit color. my natural hair is dark brown
