If this method doesn't work for you that means your phone is updated with android 11. It's only possible then by connecting the phone to a laptop via USB cable. Hold both power and volume up buttons and this will take you straight to the reset menu.

Can I ask something. Can Factory Reset stuff the system or course bugs? Also, If you got a screen protector glass type one that you put on A12 can it course button's not responding when typing on keyboard and stuff? Or is it a bug from doing Factory Reset?
