Nice looking D type. I've got a similar age 1.5hp D, although in a much more "used" condition.

I have the 2hp version. Sounds like mad machine compared to this one. Very nice job.
You can slow them down quite a bit by fitting weaker springs inside the governor and reducing the horsepower if you want
