That said, you have to realize that the record company expect them to retain the formula that makes money, which is why, it seems that bands are accused of losing their hunger. Bands like Def Leppard,Bon Jovi and Nickelback are prime examples of this, brilliant first few albums, then corporate tosh, sold to the sheep who jump on board once the commercialism kicks in....@@russellmowberry1713

I remember having Kerrang music channel on in the background years ago and Blind man came on. I then immediately ordered the album from the US and been a fan ever since. Constantly great albums that offer something different but ultimately stick to a familiar sound. Well done chaps

You know that painting of the old bald man and his "wife" in front of a diplapidated barn with a pitchfork? That's American gothic. That matches this. On top of that, genre's are basically over. No one ever fits neatly into a genre anymore. Arguing over genre is a conversation 13 years too late. I get if you think "gothic" automatically means Marilyn manson or something, but come on man.
