I have watched many, many, many videos of how the Korean's prep for their dishes and I am always amazed at the sheer freshness of their ingredients and the many spices that are used. How they prep before hand all the items they will need to execute the many beautiful dishes and the excellent display of the finished product of their dishes is awesome. I am going to find me a Korean restaurant here in my city asap because I now know what to look for.
The name of this dish is Mulguksu .. Kalguksu.. Bibimguksu..topped with red seasoning.. It is a popular menu in rainy summer or early winter when it starts to get cold.

Alasan paling kuat bikin aku pengen ke korea sebenarnya bukan idol, tapi makanannya. Dari 15 tahun lalu, yang paling pertama bikin aku tertarik pas liat kimchi, liatnya pas idol makan sih wkwkwk, terus penasaran dengan makanannya dan juga hal menarik lainnya adalah taman di sekitar sungai han yang asri dan bersih, ah jadi pengen ke korea terus sekarang😌

완전 잘하신 것 같아요. 많은곳에서 아직도 양파망 같은데 재료 넣어 펄펄 끓이던데.. 스텐 완전 안심되고 좋아요!!!

끓이는 양은 솥 만 바꾸면 100%
양은솥 납 나와서 몸에 아주 해롭습니다 스테인레스 로 바꾸면 👍
재료준비며 그릇들..기구들까지 한결같이 깔끔하시네요.. 꼭 한번들러보겠습니다~

The broth looked very rich and nice considering it was veggie based. I sure could use a big bowl right now. It's cold and rainy where I live. Lol
The broth tastes different depending on how fresh it is, and especially dried fish cannot be eaten unless they are fresh.
Love how simple the food is. So very accessible to make at home..
