I have watched many, many, many videos of how the Korean's prep for their dishes and I am always amazed at the sheer freshness of their ingredients and the many spices that are used. How they prep before hand all the items they will need to execute the many beautiful dishes and the excellent display of the finished product of their dishes is awesome. I am going to find me a Korean restaurant here in my city asap because I now know what to look for.
The name of this dish is Mulguksu .. Kalguksu.. Bibimguksu..topped with red seasoning.. It is a popular menu in rainy summer or early winter when it starts to get cold.

Dari 15 tahun lalu, yang paling pertama bikin aku tertarik pas liat kimchi, liatnya pas idol makan sih wkwkwk, terus penasaran dengan makanannya dan juga hal menarik lainnya adalah taman di sekitar sungai han yang asri dan bersih, ah jadi pengen ke korea terus sekarang😌

They all showed me three kinds of noodles..The first one was Guksu..The second one was Kalguksu..The one topped with red sauce is called bibim-guksu.
