Great video, I can now have a look at mine. What you described as the backing plate, in fact hangs halfway between the back and the front, to give the appearance of the dances coming and going through a curtain. cheers
Hi, thanks heaps for putting up videos on how to fix our lemax. Being in nz I wouldn't be able to ship my products to u to be fixed so ill learn of u. I have this piece and my pulley is the same as yours and broken. U wouldn't know what size it took to replace? And the belt size? Thanks heaps. I hope u see this.
Thanks for making this video. My wife has this Nutcracker with the same problem no lights no sound. I was going to use your video to attempt to fix hers. Where are you the pullies and belts? I found a replacement motor on Amazon. Oh wait in the description theres a link to AUKUYEE Plastic Gear Set, 75Pcs, does that have a pully?
@@RandomJunkChannel I don't know yet, I just wanted to have replacement parts on hand if needed. Since I'm working on the same Nutcracker that you are. I assume the parts are the same. I wont know till I open it.
@@Ryan-xn3mt Normally the parts are similar. There are pulley only kits available if you need them, look for hobby pulley kits. I have only come across one pulley that has been damaged on Lemax, normally it is a belt or gear(s).
Thanks for the informative video! I have a nutcracker myself, everything works except the sound. Would you have any recommendations on how to fix this without opening it up?
Not easily. check the volume wheel and see if a wire broke. There are 5 wires inside the little on/off-volume box, outer 2 are the power, inner 3 are volume. Other than that, you would need to open the house to get to the circuit board and speaker
