Stalin, one of the greatest dictators of the 20th century, used this method ruthlessly to keep the people under his influence in the lands he occupied.
Even after Stalin's artificial hunger tyranny, people fell into the grip of hunger and had to eat human flesh. Hungry people hunted for children, and people could not take the children out of the house. Families of dead children began to eat them, and families who could not stomach eating their own children exchanged children among each other and ate them.
