HAPPY JUNE 2ND 2024, AKA THE DEATH DATE!
This day felt so far away when Manifest first started airing on September 24, 2018, but here we are, 5,5 years later. We already said goodbye to the show exactly one year ago, but now we've even reached the end of the Manifest timeline. We have finally come full circle.
If you know me, you'd know that there was no way I wasn't gonna make something to celebrate this occasion. I would've loved to have been able to make a 10+ min long tribute to the show, but sadly I just didn't have the time for that. Still, I'm really happy with this video! It's mostly focused on the passengers and pretty light on all the other characters, because I wanted to highlight the most important aspects of their journey of redemption and healing, which ultimately helped them survive their death date. Of course there's still so much of that I couldn't include within this timeframe, but I hope you still feel like I succeeded in capturing the most important parts of that journey. And while the show is over, I hope we can all carry forward its message in our lives and keep our love for it in our hearts.

I started crying already at the beginning of the video hearing Michaela iconic speech and then the iconic "you were all been missing,presumed dead from 5,5 years" combined with the images of the passengers at the start and then the ending of their journey with another iconic speech from Ben😢 A journey that really saved all of their life 🥺

I love how you explain exactly with the perfect clips how the callings didn't defined people but it was how they used it, that among those people were good and bad people, but that everyone could have a second chance, tgey only need to see it.

In a good way, you made such a powerful tribute to our favorite show, and the parallels are always so damn beautiful ! You knew the show enough to demonstrate the connection between the characters, the passengers, but also us : Manifest fandom. Without the series, I would never have met you. Kiara, Simy, a lot of editors actually who are all so talented ! I’m so glad to becoming part of the journey which is supposed to end today… But it will never end. Thanks to you. Thanks to all of us, Manifesters. This fandom is just so underrated I caaan’t, I’m already so proud of you for having your tribute about Zeke reposted by Matt Long on Instagram, and I don’t even know you ! Isn’t it great ? Like, how the series permitted to improve relationships through the world. I watched with my family all along, from 2018 to 2023. From 12 yo to 17, and now I’m 18 and so happy of seeing that you still vid the show. I still do, a lot of us do.

It's been a few weeks since I finished manifest (like 2 weeks before June 2 ironically hahaha) and I don't know why I hadn't looked for video edits about the show but I'm so glad one of yours was recommended. You are truly inmensly talented, I've been watching your videos for like 2 hours now haha and you had me crying more than once. You captured everything that I loved about the show perfectly, all the family, friends and love relationships, all the connections between the characters and their backgrounds and growths, it made me go back to how I felt when I first watched the show years ago. Much love to you and never ever keep making art because you are incredible.
