The hilarious thing is that Hazel is the one with the most overly vocal fans. Riley was allowed to move up a grade because of her test results and her parents felt it would wrong to hold her back. That's not giving her more attention. Meanwhile go to any Outdaughtered video and 90% of comments will be of Hazel fans saying she's the best of all the girls.
I agree!! Obviously WE have a favorite. Mines is hazel. But no good parent has an actual favorite child. We arent in their family so we obviously have ones we like more. They probably like __ attitude but think __ is well behaved, and that __ is the brattiest but they dont have an actual “favorite”. In fact, psychologists have said that having a favorite child is normal and as long as you don’t allow it to interfere with your care or love for your other children, then it’s not wrong and you aren’t a “bad parent”. In fact a lot of times, the favorite child will change over time. Which is again, perfectly normal. A mother with a six year old, a thirteen year old and a five month old may favor her six year old. Because she’s not a hormonal teen but still old enough to be slightly independent. But other times she may favor her baby because she feels they bond more. Or she may feel the eldest is her favorite because they’re able to have more adult conversations. Just because they have a “favorite” at any given time doesn’t mean they love their other kids less, it may just mean that one of them bonds with them better at that time. And that’s perfectly okay. Doesn’t make them bad parents.

I enjoyed watching the show for a while, from the time Danielle was expecting the girls to be born, up to last year sometime. I have been following the family story by just watching U-Tube video's. The girls are so and smart. Danielle and Adam are wonderful parents. They have had some tough decisions to make about Riley in consideration of the other girls but I believe they made the right one for Riley. If she is more advanced than her sisters, and ready move ahead in education, then it was the only fair thing to do for her. Her sisters will be just fine if they handle the situation in the best way possible. At first the girls may not understand but as they grow older, they will figure out that it was the best thing for their sister Riley. God bless the family always.😇
I adore this family. If anything I get the feeling Riley has a bit of a difficult little personality. Danielle has alluded to it many times, while Hazel is just so absolutely sweet natured, and lovable. I think they are all so cute and special in their own ways. Love them!
Unlike the Gosselins, Danielle Busby doesn't exploit her kids, in fact Danielle puts God first in everything she does. Kate put her kids in a dangerous situation from 2010 to 2017 or 2018, but Danielle cares about her kids and not the fame or money. Jon does care about his kids it's just that he wasn't able to balance his regular work job with being on reality TV but Adam was able to do so. Collin has ADHD and Kate just threw him away instead of getting him the help he needs with that, but Parker has anxiety and Adam and Danielle are doing whatever they can to help Parker in the best way possible. Jon and Kate Gosselin divorced because Jon didn't wanna film and didn't want the kids to stay on television but Kate wanted keep going. However, Adam and Danielle both focus on what's best for their children and don't care about fame and money as much as Kate did.
They love all their girls, but love for one is not the same for the others. i have 4 kids and they are all different but I love them all, but their differences make my way of showing my love to them differently too. Think about it, you have Hazel who didn't get off to such a good start with her eyes and she was a little behind in walking, but she got there, Of course they would shower more attention on her because she had health issues. Poor Parker regressed for a while but I see her smiling again, and the twins well they are just as any child is at their age and Blayke of course is the big sister, They are all loved and well looked after, They are all individuals. I am raising 1 grand baby girl the same age as the quints and I don't know how you do it with 5 . I had 6 children , 4 biological and 2 adopted, one at a time. I just can't imagine 5 at once. I know it is not easy but you make it look easy.

I think it is great that Riley was allowed to move up to the grade that she is ready for. It is wonderful that they treat each child as individuals. My parents had 4 kids, they ended up dividing us into 2 families! ! ! The older 2 got to do Everything. They catered to the youngest. They held the third child back one year from all the Rites of Passage, and let the fourth child do everything one year early (on the same day as third child" I think it is important to let each child progress as they are ready! Great Job Busbys !
One thing I would like to add is that some fans are concerned that they want to keep Riley in kindergarten again just so she could be with all her sisters just because they are quintuplets and they think they should all be together all the time.
I don’t think it’s necessarily they want to, but Texas is really strict about kids starting kindergarten before they’re five. Riley just turned five, so it’s likely that Riley was only in an advanced placement “kindergarten” class and not actual kindergarten.
Parker is probably Adam’s favorite, and Hazel is obviously Dale’s haha! Other than that though, I don’t think they pick favorites!! Yes, some of the kids gravitate towards specific people, but the parents don’t treat them any differently!

They would be terrible parents if they had a favourite. But from watching their videos you can see who they each get on best with. Danielle seems really close with Blayke, and Ava. Whereas Adam is now close to Parker, but in the past was very close to hazel. Olivia is equally close with both her parents, and she spends time with both. Riley is probably their most frustrating child, she loves to argue, and she has been badly behaved (although moving her up has appeared to help entertain her). They love her, and all their kids, but she’s the most challenging and unique.
I really do believe any good parent loves thier child or children equally, I don't believe in "favourites", it's just how we all have our different personalities and opinions. Which makes you, you. I'm sure that both of them love their six children unconditionally, nobody's perfect and it's an unrealistic statement to state about someone, but these parents have it all together in my opinion. The show is really based on the Busby family and the quintuplets and how the Busby's want to tell everybody about God's miracle how he blessed them with quintuplet daughters the only ones in the country, that part I do understand, but what I don't understand is since the show is based on the quintuplet girls why are the cousins on the show, why are the auntie on the show, why are the uncles on the show, and other relatives on the show because the show was suppose to be based on the quintuplets and how God bless them to have quintuplet daughters through IVF,but it really seem like it's just a way to help their other relatives to make money because TLC has put them on the show also, so is the show based on the Busby's baby girls or is it based on the whole entire relatives.

I'm sure that both of them love their six children unconditionally, nobody's perfect and it's an unrealistic statement to state about someone, but these parents have it all together in my opinion. The children look happy, healthy, loved and educated. I don't see what's the big deal? There is so many awful people both male and female in this world. Shouldn't we be more focused on saving kids from unstable and cruel parnets then making so called "true" statements about good ones? Their is so much bad in the world already, no need for more, don't you think?

I think that as fans we probably do have a favorite quint, but I believe as far as their parents go they love all of their children the same and would die of any of them.... I know that people that have multiple children will sometimes have one child that they might be a bit closer to but that does not mean that they love that child more
Angela Pepple yeah. People say Parker is Adams favorite because they have a special relationship and Parker is a big daddy’s girl. Adam doesn’t love her more, he just knows what she’s going through and he has a different type of bond with her.
The reason why family oriented reality TV shows are popular is cuz People are so f'n nosey and love to be the fly on the wall inside people's houses & judge what they just watched

I'm surprised anyone would think Riley is their favorite, or at least Danielle's favorite... clearly not true watching the show. I have felt she is the one who gets left out. When you don't have the needs one of the others has, you kinda get left out. Others have more constant needs and have to have more attention... that is what I am seeing.

God helps those who help themselves 🥰. There is nothing wrong exposing children to different experiences as long as they aren’t hurt and they really enjoy it. There are a lot of ups and downs in every family. I have two boys and truly enjoy watching the girls and them growing up 🙏🙏🙏🥰🤩
I don't think the parents have favorites, and i'm sure if one of the girls didn't want to be on camera Danielle and Adam wouldn't make them. We all know who does have a favorite though! Uncle Dale! I love him and Hazel's relationship! These Mom-Shamers are stupid! Why would you hold back one child that's clearly ahead of the others?! Moving Riley up a class was the best decision in my opinion.

I dont shes “sad” but she probably does feel like her parents are paying attention more to the quints at times. But shes so mature for her age, like she helps out with the quints and never gets mad that her parents have to spend more time with their 5 toddlers than her at times.

The show is really based on the Busby family and the quintuplets and how the Busby's want to tell everybody about God's miracle how he blessed them with quintuplet daughters the only ones in the country, that part I do understand, but what I don't understand is since the show is based on the quintuplet girls why are the cousins on the show, why are the auntie on the show, why are the uncles on the show, and other relatives on the show because the show was suppose to be based on the quintuplets and how God bless them to have quintuplet daughters through IVF,but it really seem like it's just a way to help their other relatives to make money because TLC has put them on the show also, so is the show based on the Busby's baby girls or is it based on the whole entire relatives.
Lol you can't make a show with only the "main character" (quints), it would be boring af, that's why there are other "characters" (cousins, aunts, etc).
