Hollywood 9 to 5: Day Jobs #1 - Dialogue List Creation

Welcome to my new video series about “other” jobs you can have in Hollywood. You know, other than STAR, DIRECTOR, WRITER, PRODUCER, COSTUME DESIGNER, CINEMATOGRAPHER, etc. The jobs that fill the office buildings of Hollywood and Burbank with regular people who are just trying to make a living. My goal to start out is to get a video up about once a week. Until I run out of steam, or run out of jobs I’ve held, or get discouraged in some way.
I’m starting the series with probably too-involved videos covering the jobs I have done and what I’m currently doing. Eventually, if the videos are popular, I hope to interview people in other jobs that I haven’t done. Or maybe revisit some of the topics I’ve already covered to get a different perspective on the jobs.
This video is about creating dialogue lists, which are complete transcriptions of all of the dialogue in a TV show or movie.
I’ll put the full script I wrote up on my blog to accompany the video, in case you’d rather read what I thought I was going to say instead of watching a video in which I say actual things.
