I have seen patients choke to death. You seem to me genuine so I'm writing this else I don't care about random people on YT. Also the large amount of spices/ chillies you consume, maybe you don't feel its effects now but it harms you chronically giving you various GIT issues. Also I would like to say that spiciness is not a flavour/ taste, its irritation to the nerve endings. Rest Diksha, I would say that I really love your recipes, stay blessed 😊
