Can't stand owners like him, the same with Big Rock's trainer who removed his horses from Christopher Head for no real reason, i thought Mat Chapman did well today and acted as a journalist should act and asked a uncomfortable question.
Yes Mark loyalty is everything to me as for the sunshine cant seem to find the time to get out there but everyone seems happier when the sun comes out and that aint a bad thing. Hope your well Mark
Like him or not, what would the outcome be if he had said on TV that he would move his horses away, without telling the trainer first? I think the question was asked knowing that there would not have been an answer.
What an owner he is. Varian well rid of him. Horses thrive on routine his horses have to be unsettled by moving yards trainers and grooms so he isnt having their interest at heart. Amo are becoming a joke to racing
These owners don’t care about punters they would tuck you up without a thought as for gosden winning with the 22/1 shot with the same owners as the fav so corrupt
Agree was an icy interview but he’s there to watch his horse run not be interviewed about everything outside of that looked very uncomfortable. If you’re an owner though last thing I’d want is a microphone shoved in my face by that shower. Agree the itv gravy train keeps growing in number led by captain wow the grooms favourite Ed
Ive also noticed that Ant he has taken the Aiden approach (and I am not knocking Aiden) of letting us know who leads the horse up who works the horse and most everything else God help us if he ever gets the name of the stable vet
@@bgog999 love the channel keep it up love a good grump I think because it’s terrestrial they have to cater to the once in a blue moon punter but honestly it borders on sycophantic at times should scale it down like racing tv concentrate on the sport not who’s connected to whom and what a good job the person leading the horse round is doing. I expected that comment from someone well before you made it yes I get that they own the horses but what is the point paying good money to a trainer if you want to keep sticking your nose in. I agree that Becket is a better trainer as for O Meara I think they are prob on the same level but they excell at differing horse types - I am not as keen on Fellows but hey I respect ALL of your opinions
You can tell that by what he does with his jockeys.
yes not to be trusted
Brilliant interview by Mat Chapman. Take a bow.

your right he did but had Chapman been a more likeable fellow I think he would of been allowed to push the guy more and thus got a bit more out of him
@@bgog999 That probable? But I'm not sure it would have made any difference with Mr. Control freak?
So glad King’s Gambit beat his horse.
I can see where you are coming from
He said won’t win with a view to ascot. Was honest
Racing needs wealthy owners, but none like this guy. Says it all really doesn’t it that he’s a Football agent.
my thoughts exactly
Evening Dave ..have to agree ..i like loyalty in a person ..a great quality !..hope your enjoying this sunshine cheers .m.
Yes Mark loyalty is everything to me as for the sunshine cant seem to find the time to get out there but everyone seems happier when the sun comes out and that aint a bad thing. Hope your well Mark
Think Varian, apart from the horse, will be glad to be without that kind of owner.
I agree
He moved Crypto Force to John Gosdens but he never ran for him and now he has moved him to Adrian Murray
Doesn’t come across as a very nice person at all.
I didnt know that but it backs up what I was saying - a trainer like Gosden prob wouldnt put up with his meddling
you are right again
not always right Mick but can only try
Hi grumpy, Do you not like Ken petersson the paddock expert on Itv???
He seems a nice fellow Paul but I feel he is off the mark as often as he is on it
@bgog999 Not a notion has he got.He has to be the biggest clown in the history of horse-racing.He is just the icing on the cake for ITV racing.
Apart from Chapman the rest are rubbish 🗑
Ken is complete shit. Following his pick, you will be bankrupt, and if everyone took Ken seriously, the racing industry will fall apart
Tokenism.

i think the deal had already been done
Plenty of trainers would be happy to keep taking owners money and string them along for as long as they can but I don’t like him either
