I heard this song years back on God TV and it has stayed with me. It always reminds me about the importance and urgency there is in taking the message of the Gospel to the people who are perishing without any hope. I watched the movie 1917, it is about two soldiers entrusted with a message on which the lives of 1600 soldiers depended and what they go through to fulfill their mission. One soldier is killed on the way and his friend has to make it alone across a warring zone just to ensure that the lives of those 1600 soldiers are saved. Seeing that film reminded me about this song... You and I are probably the only ones who can reach a certain group of persons.... We've been given a message that will save their lives, if they don't get it.... they could perish. Knowing this... will we go on living our life the same way as we did before... or will we change our priorities and move ahead to get those people out of harms way?
This is indeed OUR TIME!!! We've now come to understand that because we're heading into a Jubilee Year, Rosh Hashanah is on the same day as the Day of Atonement. This is on the 28th of September and the Day is called Rosh Hashanah Jubilee. In Leviticus 25: 9,10 we read: "...you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land. And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land [that is, through out all those who make up the body of Christ] to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family."[Lev. 25:9,10] This Jubilee Trumpet is the Last Trumpet Paul is referring to when he said: "Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed-in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. [1 Cor.15:51,52] The last trumpet is sounded when the Lord wants to effect change on the last plane or last realm. This earth is the last realm. For they're 5 realms on which believers can live. These are the earth, the spirit world, the first heaven, the second heaven and the third heaven. We know from the Scriptures of the third heaven. For Paul said "I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago-whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows-such a one was caught up to the third heaven. [2 Cor.12:2] These 5 realms exist one within the other. The Lord alluded to these 5 realms when He said: "...the kingdom of God is within you.”[Luke 17:21] Believers who are the most spiritual end up living in the third heaven. Believers who are less spiritual end up living in the second heaven. And believers who are the least spiritual end up living in the first heaven. The spirit world, the realm closest to earth, is where souls who love the Lord are prepared for heaven. And souls who hate Him are prepared for hell. Our Lord Jesus Christ has authority over ALL these realms including hell! This is why He said "...I am the First and the Last. I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death." [Rev.1:17,18] The Lord said I AM...THE LAST! This means the Lord has the authority and power to sound the Last trumpet to raise the dead saints and change our physical bodies into glorified ones! The Jubilee trumpet IS the last trumpet. And I'm expecting it to sound on Rosh Hashanah Jubilee, on the 28th of September. Once we've received our glorified bodies, this will be the Day we'll be returning to our heavenly possessions and our heavenly families. In Leviticus 25:10 we read: "...each of you shall return to his possession..." For each of us to return to our possession means to have all our good deeds returned to us in heaven. Because we have eternal life, nothing we do by the Spirit of God is destroyed. Our good deeds, that is, the righteousness we practice here on earth, are gifts we're continuously receiving from the Lord through the indwelling presence of His Holy Spirit. These are all being transformed into possessions like garments, jewelry, furniture, mansions, etc, and we'll be returning to them in heaven after the Rapture. This is why the Lord said: "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." [Matt.6:19-21] We don't do good things for the Lord because we want Him to reward us. We do good things for Him because He first loved us and we earnestly want to love Him back. Every righteous act we do on earth is transformed into a tangible asset in heaven. Hence we read: "...the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints." [Rev.19:7,8] How many of us can remember every single thing we did for the Lord 5, 10 or 20 Years ago? We've forgotten most of them. The good news is that the Lord hasn't forgotten a single act of kindness we did in His Name! For He's storing them up for us and is using them to prepare a place for us in His heavenly Kingdom. This is why the Lord said to the disciples"...I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." [John 14:2,3] In Leviticus 25:10 we also read: "...each of you shall return to his family." The Lord is a perfect record keeper, and He can trace our fathers family line all the way back to Adam. Some of our ancestral fathers would have made it into heaven and others, unfortunately, would have not. Of those who made it into heaven we are their promised descendants! Sometimes Christians make the mistake of thinking that because their parents and grandparents are not Christians they came to Christ out of the blue. This is not the case at all. They don't realize that they came to Christ because their ancestral fathers know God and have been interceding for them all this while. This is because the Lord promised to give them descendants that will stand before Him in these Last Days. In many cases our ancestors had to wait for many generations before finally receiving descendants in their family line. Our very existence on earth today are the answers to their prayers! In Jeremiah 35:18,19 we read "...Jeremiah said to the house of the Rechabites, “Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: ‘Because you have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father, and kept all his precepts and done according to all that he commanded you, therefore thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: “Jonadab the son of Rechab shall not lack a man to stand before Me forever.”’” [Jer.35:18,19] Think about it. Jonadab from the house of the Rechabites, loved the Lord and taught his children to love Him too. Because of this the Lord blessed him with sons who are standing before Him here on earth to this very day! The Jubilee Year is fast approaching. And the Lord is getting ready to reunite us with our families in the heavens. Get ready, my brothers and sisters, to be part of the greatest family reunion of all time!
