किसी भी celebration के दौरान खाये हुए ज्यादा fat, ज्यादा carbohydrates, ज्यादा junk food को, और ज्यादा मात्रा में alcohol हमारे लिवर को ही digest करना पड़ता है, filter करना पड़ता है, ताकि जो फायदेमंद है उसे use कर सके और जो हानिकारक है उसे बॉडी के बहार filter कर दे।
ऐसे खाने को digest करते वक्त जो भी toxins generate होते है, हमारा liver उन्हें body से बहार filter कर देता है।

To protect your liver, try to avoid all alcohol use if you have hep B.
Even moderate amounts of alcohol may increase your risk of fibrosis.
