I was supposed to be going to a Steve Perry from Journey concert up at Lake Tahoe back in about 1994 or so, but Steve Perry cancelled and replaced by Travis Tritt. WOW! His voice was incredible, even when he sang acapella. Still one of my top 3 concerts.
TRAVIS IS OLDER NOW, THAN WHEN HE DID THIS PERFORMANCE. THATS THE WAY A TRUE COUNTRY ARTIST GETS GREAT AND HE IS DIFFENTLY ONE OF THE BEST THAT CAME OUT OF THAT ERA OF COUNTEY MUSIC!

One of the best memories I'll ever have in my life : My momma and I got 2nd row tickets to Travis in 1998 and it was Mothers Day and I had bought my mom a rose. She handed it to Travis while he was singing this song.

I have watched Travis perform live in small venues many times - He is such an entertainer!! I have the privilege of living very close to his home so I take advantage every chance I get... What an awesome performer and human!! He is so generous and gives back to his community!!
I saw him in one of the last shows he played in 2020 and he was still 100% exactly this good live. It's hard to believe he's kept his level of quality so incredibly high for these 30+ years.

They told me it was a song that they were writing. I told them that I liked it. A few years later I heard it on the radio in its finished product. Loved it then, love it now.

Got to see him in Lake Tahoe a few years ago and this guy puts on a hell of a show. It's a pretty small venue and they were having some issues with the audio equipment so he just played the guitar and sang without a mic. It was probably the best concert i've ever been too.
