When falling will it decreases the cookie health? After seeing when you fell using herb cookie the health doesn't decrease when I try falling using herb cookie the health decrease :/
start practicing to estimate and analyze your own run. yt creators usually give some advices too so you can re-check your analyze. as time goes by you will also understand what you have to do with your own run :)

when you have herb’s MC blessing for rescue from hole, it won’t reduce herb’s energy after falling. i did a comparison about that too
U need to get herb cookie magic candy firat and try to get the "rescue from hole 2 times" blessing, but you need to able to get it
