Incredibly tasty and fast! It's so delicious that I cook it almost every day! The kids ate it all in 5 minutes and asked for more. Incredibly quick and easy cake!
1 glass = 200 ml = 6.8 fl oz.
100 ml milk (1/2 glass).
100 g biscuits (3.5 OZ).
Shape 16-18 cm (6"-7") depending on the size of the biscuits.
2 egg yolks.
400 ml milk (2 glasses).
120 g condensed milk (4.2 OZ).
3 tablespoons cornstarch.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
20 g toasted almonds.
3 tablespoons strawberry jam.
140 g white chocolate (5 OZ).
50 ml milk (1/4 glass).
Store in the fridge for 2 hours.

Even though boysenberries were developed here in So CA, they are difficult to find. Du bekommst Kondensmilch in der Regel mit 10%, 7% und 4% Fett. Es gibt auch 12% in einigen Supermärkten. Diese sehr zähflüssige, gelbliche Kondensmilch ist aber meist gesüßte Kondensmilch (zum Beispiel von "Milchmädchen ") Muss man aber oft ganz schön nach suchen, zumindest in Deutschland.
