@Zapato42 Sizeshoe42 main reason is financial -- i want to make sure im making a good financial investment by purchasing a high rise condo in Miami. Other reasons are that im honestly nervous since ive lived in California my whole life and am not sure what to expect moving to another state on my own
@@raviamin2820 Maybe you can try renting an airbnb for a season for make the decision if you are going to stay for a long time or not. The PRO: no need to use a car, almost you can do everything walking: Metromover, Metrorail, 10 banks, 2 Publix, restaurant, bars, Brickell City Center, Bayside Marketplace and Brickell Key Island. The atmosphere is different, almost everyone speaks Spanish, there are always people walking around every day. The CONS: it is not profit to rent the apartment for Airbnb to recover the investment.
Hey, what do you recommend doing on weeknights? I am visiting Miami beach in a couple but i want to check out other areas of Miami as well. Any specific recommendations are appreciated!
